About
Hi, I’m Irina, the creator of MindSharpness.
This space is for adults 40+ who want a clearer mind, better memory, steadier mood and a calmer brain in everyday life. No scare tactics, no jargon — just honest guidance you can actually use.
Who I Am
I have a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and a Master’s degree in Social Work. I focus on cognitive health after 40 and create research-based, plain-language content for adults 40+. I read trusted medical and scientific sources and turn them into simple, friendly articles about cognition — memory, attention, focus, decision-making, stress, sleep and everyday thinking habits. When it makes sense, I test ideas on myself and share what truly felt helpful.
You can also find me on LinkedIn if you’d like to see more about my background.
